Order Tracking

Once you place an order with Moksh Naturals, you can easily track its journey from dispatch to delivery.

How to Track Your Order
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS after placing your order.
  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll share a shipping confirmation with:
    • Tracking ID / AWB number
    • Courier partner name
    • Tracking link (where available)
  • Use the tracking link or enter the tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to view real-time updates.
Order Status Updates

Your order may appear under the following stages:

  • Order Confirmed – We’ve received your order
  • Processing – Your order is being prepared or freshly made
  • Dispatched – Handed over to our delivery partner
  • In Transit – On its way to your address
  • Out for Delivery – Delivery attempt in progress
  • Delivered – Successfully delivered
Important Notes
  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to location, weather, holidays, or courier operations.
  • While deliveries are handled by third-party courier partners, our team will assist you wherever possible.
