Once you place an order with Moksh Naturals, you can easily track its status from dispatch to delivery.

How to Track Your Order

After your order is successfully placed:

  • You will receive an order confirmationvia email and/or SMS.
  • Once the order is dispatched, a shipping confirmation messagewill be sent containing:
  • Tracking ID / AWB number
  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking link (where applicable)

You may use the provided tracking link or enter the tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to view real-time updates on your shipment.

Order Status Stages

Your order may show one of the following statuses:

  • Order Confirmed– We have received your order successfully.
  • Processing– Your order is being prepared, packed, or freshly made.
  • Dispatched– Your order has been handed over to our delivery partner.
  • In Transit– The shipment is on its way to your delivery address.
  • Out for Delivery– The courier partner is attempting delivery.
  • Delivered– The order has been successfully delivered.

Tracking Update Delays

Please note:

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hoursto reflect after dispatch.
  • Delays may occur due to weather conditions, remote locations, public holidays, or courier operational issues.
  • Moksh Naturals is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, but we will assist you in resolving delivery concerns wherever possible.

If You Are Unable to Track Your Order

If you have not received tracking details or are facing issues with tracking:

  • Check your email (including spam/junk folder)or SMS inbox.
  • Wait up to 48 hoursafter dispatch for tracking to activate.
  • Contact our customer support team with your Order IDfor assistance.

Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
  • Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal may result in return shipments.
  • Re-shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
